1. Promoter
This competition is organised and promoted by Amaya Property Management.
 

2. Eligibility
• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
• The competition is open to UK residents only.
• Employees of Amaya Property Management and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period
The competition opens on Saturday 11th July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 26th 
July 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

4. How to Enter
To receive one entry, participants must:
• Follow the official Amaya Property Management Instagram account.
• Tag two different friends in the comments of the competition post.
Participants can earn additional entries by completing the following:
• Like the competition post (+1 entry)
• Share the competition post to their Instagram Story and tag @amayapropertymanagement (+1 entry)

 Repost the competition post (+1 entry)
Multiple entries are permitted. However:
• Each new comment must tag two different people to qualify as an additional entry.
• The same individuals cannot be tagged repeatedly to gain additional entries.
• Tagged accounts must belong to genuine individuals. Fake, duplicate, celebrity, business or competition-only accounts may be deemed invalid and excluded from the draw.
• All entry requirements must be completed before the competition closing date.
 

5. Prize
One winner will receive:
• A 2-night weekend stay at Amaya 8
• Exclusive use of the property's private hot tub
• Accommodation for up to 10 guests
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any alternative prize.
Travel, food, beverages and any additional expenses are not included.
 

6. Booking Conditions
• The prize must be redeemed by 31 March 2027.
• Bookings are strictly subject to availability

• The prize cannot be redeemed during Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year, Easter, school holidays or any other peak periods unless agreed in writing by Amaya Property Management.
• The winner must contact Amaya Property Management to arrange their preferred booking dates.
• If the requested dates are unavailable, reasonable alternative dates will be offered.
• Standard booking terms, guest policies and house rules apply throughout the stay.
• The booking may not be sold, gifted or transferred to another person without the written consent of Amaya Property Management.
 

7. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
The winner will be announced on the Amaya Property Management Instagram page on Monday 
27th July and contacted via direct message from the official Amaya Property Management Instagram account only.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, Amaya Property Management reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Fake Accounts & Scams
Please be aware of fake accounts and giveaway scams.
• Amaya Property Management will never ask winners to pay a fee or provide bank or payment card details in order to claim their prize.
• Winners will only ever be contacted by the official Amaya Property Management Instagram account.

• If you receive a message from any other account claiming you have won, please report it and do not respond.

9. Photography & Marketing
We'd love to share your experience with our community.
After the stay, Amaya Property Management may invite the winner to share photographs, videos or a short testimonial for use across our website and social media channels. Participation is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of accepting the prize.
 

10. General Terms
• By entering this competition, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• Amaya Property Management reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
• Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified.
• Amaya Property Management reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility relating to this promotion.
 

11. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with this competition will be used solely for administering the giveaway and arranging the prize. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to facilitate the prize.
