Amaya Thirteen - 2 Bedroom House

Enjoy a relaxing stay at our modern two-bedroom house, located in the charming village of Bottesford. With shops, pubs, and countryside walks on your doorstep, it’s the perfect base for both leisure and business stays. A public car park is available nearby (paid).
The house comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The spacious master bedroom features two king-size beds, while the second bedroom offers a double bed. On the ground floor, you’ll find a modern shower room with toilet for added convenience. Fresh, hotel-quality linens are provided for every guest.
The living room is designed for comfort, with an L-shaped sofa, a small dining table with seating for four, and a Smart TV with a complimentary Netflix subscription.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, fan oven, electric hob, and all the essentials for home cooking. Cookware, utensils, children’s dinnerware, and glassware for up to 6 are all provided. A washing machine, clothes airer, iron, and ironing board are also available for your convenience.
